1. Acceptance and Eligibility

1.1 By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that: (a) you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization; (b) if you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms; and (c) your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration and Security

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

3.1 Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page at {{PRICING_PAGE_URL}} and in any applicable Order Form.

3.2 All fees are due in advance in accordance with the billing frequency for your selected plan (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

3.3 We may update pricing upon {{PRICE_INCREASE_NOTICE_DAYS}} days' prior written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

4.2 You shall not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer the Service to any third party; (b) modify, copy, or create derivative works from the Service; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service; (d) use the Service to build a competing product; (e) access the Service through automated means (scripts, bots) except as permitted by our API documentation; (f) use the Service to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content; (g) introduce malware or disrupt the Service's operation; or (h) circumvent any access controls or usage limitations.
