These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and {{COMPANY_NAME}} ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the {{APP_NAME}} mobile application and any related services, features, and content (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, access, or use the App.

Important: These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 17 that may significantly affect your legal rights. Please review that section carefully.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.2 When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and promptly update your account information; maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials; and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

1.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

2.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App; rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the App; use the App for any illegal purpose; circumvent or disable any security or access control features; or use automated systems to access the App without our express written permission.

2.3 The App and all rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Company and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the App except for the limited license expressly set forth above.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1 The App may allow you to create, post, upload, or share content including text, photos, videos, audio, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business.

3.2 You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content; (b) your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights; and (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3.3 You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive; infringes intellectual property or other rights of any third party; contains viruses, malware, or harmful code; promotes violence, discrimination, hatred, or harassment; or contains private information of others without consent.

3.4 We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion. We do not endorse any User Content.
