1. Eligibility

1.1 The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of {{ELIGIBLE_STATES}} who are at least {{MINIMUM_AGE}} years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate.

1.2 The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.3 Entries on behalf of any other person or entity, or entries using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, are prohibited and will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Online Entry. During the Promotion Period, visit {{ENTRY_URL}} and complete and submit the entry form. All required fields must be completed.

2.2 Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter without accessing the internet, hand-print your full name, complete address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: {{MAIL_IN_ADDRESS}}. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by {{MAIL_IN_POSTMARK_DATE}} and received by {{MAIL_IN_RECEIPT_DATE}}.

2.3 Entry Limit. Limit {{ENTRIES_PER_PERSON}} {{ENTRY_FREQUENCY}} per person, regardless of entry method. Entries received in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

2.4 All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or for technical difficulties of any kind.

3. Drawing and Winner Selection

3.1 The potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about {{DRAWING_DATE}} by {{DRAWING_ADMINISTRATOR}}, an independent administrator whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

3.2 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
